Artist River Hardwick from Derby has fired individual letters in clay tiles
to create this poetic quotation from Heraclitus, an ancient Greek philosopher (540 - 480 BC).
This has been embedded into one of the banks in Belper's beautiful River Gardens,
by the River Derwent. These gardens, cared for by Amber Valley Borough Council,
were one of Beth's favourite places.
